Fish survey (March 8-9)

Fish survey dive in Terrigal Haven. Members of TUG (Terrigal Underwater Group) recently trained in fish survey techniques will commence an annual Seaweek project where fish will be surveyed along the reef. Data will be provided to Coastkeepers and the University of Newcastle.

Find out everything you wanted to know about sharks with a special session at Museum Victoria these school holidays.

To coincide with the release of Dr Mark Norman's latest book The Shark Book: Fish with Attitude, the Australian Marine Conservation Society will explain which species are under threat and what simple things we can do to help. There will be a slide show with the author, book signings, and a shark curiosity display.

Open Day at Chowder Bay (March 2)

The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust in conjunction with SIMS and other Chowder Bay tennants will be holding an Open Day on Sunday 2nd March. The open day will cooincide with Sydney Harbour Week.
